Frances 1407 *ENNOBLED*
"The doe that laid the golden egg," (so-named by Norman Kohls), #1407
Frances, received her ennobled status in October 2001. She was bred by
Jurgen Schultz out of Kaptein and an imported doe from the herd of South
African Tollie Jordaan. The Farmers bought Frances in June of 1996 at a
Kifaru sale. She is best known for her progeny, Mojo Junior, ABGA
National Reserve Champion Jr. buck, Rambo, Reserve Champion at the
Dallas State Fair, Dello, ABGA National Grand Champion doe, and Amelo
Precious Perfect, IBGA National Reserve Grand doe and NAILE Grand
Champion doe. Stud buck Mr. Mo is also one of her sons and ABGA
National Reserve Champion buck, Pistolero, is her grandson. Frances is
also the grand dam of the ABGA National Reserve Champion doe, Kissi. In
October she was artificially inseminated to Mojo Magic, the sire to her
20 plus does living at the Farmer’s Stock Exchange. This mating has
proven to be "magic", consistently producing outstanding bucks and does.
A special thanks to Rena Lynch for fitting and showing Frances and her
progeny, earning her points for ennoblement and to Ewing Downen for his
inspection of Frances.
