The Junior American Boer Goat Association divides the United States into five areas, with two representatives from each. The JABGA Board of Directors, youth committee, and ABGA Board of Directors form the governing system that oversees program implementation within the JABGA. The Junior Board is responsible for making key decisions that affect the organization, assisting in the preparation of events like the Regional and National Shows, and connecting with industry leaders and peers.
