Submitting a Certificate of Registration?
To ensure authenticity, the ABGA will only accept PHOTOS of Registration Certificates. We will not accept scanned certificates. Follow the steps below to before submitting a Certificate of Registration.
1. Write VOID in large letters, in blue or black ink, on both sides of the certificate.

2. Write the goat's registration number on the back of the certificate.
To keep track of multiple certificates being submitted, we require the registration number to be written on the back of the certificate. We don't want to mix up your certificates!
3. Take a photo of the front and back of the certificate.
Be sure all four sides and corners, and the background are shown in both photos. Scanned copies are not permitted.
4. Upload and Submit!
If you are using your mobile device, save your photos to your photo album, and submit all at once. If you don't feel comfortable voiding your certificates, you can always mail your certificates to the office.
