The 2025 Winter Face-to-Face Meeting will take place from December 12-13, 2025, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The meetings will start at 8:00 AM each morning at DoubleTree Warren Place. The meeting will NOT be livestreamed, but will be recorded and uploaded to the website. There will be sessions open to members who would like to attend in person, but there will also be closed sessions for board members only.  If you have any items you would like to add to the agenda, please contact your area Board of Directors. A finalized agenda and supporting documents will be posted to the website for members viewing the week of December 1st. 

Supporting documentation for agenda items open to members will be published on the website no later than 12/8 for review. This will allow members the opportunity to evaluate proposed changes and provide them the chance to discuss any concerns with their Board of Director prior to the meeting.
